Refund of services or products.
Dear customers we shall refund your monies on services and products as follows.
1) call off services to pay 25% on quotation given.
2) services where our staff didn’t make to reach site100% 7 days on reporting.
3) service done and goods supplied to customer not satisfied refund 50% 30 days from day of reporting.
4) service were customer mishandled our staff,5% from 30days of reporting
5) customer who removes seal of chemicals and fumigation not done 25% , products received 50% 30 days upon report.
6) customer who fails to report during 30 days 0%.
7) customer who reports with errors 10% 7 days upon report.
8) customer who pets die during with ignoring advice of staff 0%.
9) report with doubtful and not adhred to payments terms 2% 7 days on reporting, products sold , refund is returned less V.A.T, Products sold refund is less inconvenience fee/ transport of 25% and 25% of product depreciation and not accepted again as quality is compromised
10) monies for refund will be mpesa or cheque upon expiry of period given on data.unsatisfied client is free to launch new complain through mail and indicate the unfairness of process if any.
11) goods once sold cannot be returned nor return cannot be done twice or accepted for second time.
12) Goods/ products sold is as per agreed quantity in PCs and litres,as all our company commodities are not measured in other forms.eg.insecticides in litres and rodent’s in Pieces, except when buying full containers.chemicals are not returnable . Only equipment can be returned if they are fault.
This is in line since we have already spent to deliver services it’s only that your satisfaction was not met as per you, and there is no measure of your satisfaction.
